The Liquid Biopsy Test at Getchecked Clinic is a blood-based genetic assessment designed to support therapy selection for people with advanced solid tumours. Your treating oncologist can assess whether it is appropriate and interpret the findings alongside your clinical history.
• Circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) analysis from blood for advanced solid tumours (stage III/IV)
• Next-generation sequencing of 81 cancer-related genes including EGFR, ALK, ROS1, BRAF, KRAS, NRAS, PIK3CA, HER2, MET, RET, BRCA1, BRCA2, ATM, PALB2, PTEN, TP53 and others
• Identifies actionable mutations to guide targeted therapy and immuno-oncology decisions
• Not for haematologic malignancies; serial testing can monitor response and emerging resistance
It is an 81-gene circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) blood assessment for advanced solid tumours, used to identify actionable mutations that can guide targeted therapy and immuno-oncology decisions.
Your treating oncologist can assess whether it is appropriate for your advanced solid tumour. It is not intended for haematological malignancies or general cancer screening.
A blood sample is required. The nurse will guide you.
