PRECISION MEDICINE & HEALTHY AGEING

Live Beyond 100™

Your annual membership for personalised preventive health and longevity care.

Understand your current health, identify your priorities and build a personalised plan for nutrition, movement, sleep, recovery and ongoing medical care.

YOUR HEALTH ROADMAP

A clearer picture of your health. A practical plan forward.

Live Beyond 100 brings together your medical history, lifestyle and selected diagnostic findings to create a personalised health roadmap. Your doctor helps you decide which assessments are useful, what the results mean and where to focus next.

ASSESSMENT AREAS

Understand your health

Your assessment is organised around the areas that matter to your health and goals.

Baseline Health

Current health, metabolic markers, hormones, nutritional status and inflammation.

Genetics & Epigenetics

Inherited health risks, lifestyle genetics and selected biological-age assessments.

Brain & Immune Health

Sleep, mood, cognitive concerns, recovery and immune-related health.

Gut & Environmental Health

Digestive health, microbiome findings and relevant environmental exposures.

Screening & Imaging

Screening selected according to age, symptoms, history and individual risk.

Metabolic Health & Physical Function

Body composition, blood-sugar regulation, fitness and recovery.

ASSESSMENT FRAMEWORK

What your assessment may include

Assessments are selected according to your medical history, goals and clinical needs. The options below describe the programme’s assessment framework; they are not a list of automatic membership inclusions. Your agreed package confirms what is included and what is charged separately.

Baseline Health

What we assess. Your current health and relevant laboratory findings, considered alongside your medical history and symptoms.

Assessment options. Male or Female Elite Health Suite; selected metabolic, hormone and nutritional measurements; Biological Age Test where appropriate.

How this informs your plan. Your clinician reviews the findings with you and identifies priorities for further assessment, nutrition, lifestyle changes or medical care.

Genetics & Epigenetics

What we assess. Selected inherited health risks and genetic factors that may be relevant to your health questions.

Assessment options. Biological Age Test: an estimate from the particular test, not a definitive age or prediction of lifespan. Specific genetic assessments require confirmation with the clinical team.

How this informs your plan. Relevant findings can support discussions about screening, nutrition and medical care. Genetic results are interpreted alongside your history and other clinical information.

Brain & Immune Health

What we assess. Sleep, mood, cognitive concerns, fatigue, recovery and immune-related symptoms.

Assessment options. Clinical review through Mental Wellness, Sleep & Recovery; further investigations or specialist care selected following clinical assessment.

How this informs your plan. Clinical review helps identify which investigations, support or specialist care may be appropriate.

Gut & Environmental Health

What we assess. Digestive symptoms, dietary history, relevant microbiome findings and possible environmental exposures.

Assessment options. Gut Microbiome DNA Test; further digestive assessment guided by clinical review.

How this informs your plan. Findings are interpreted alongside your symptoms and history to guide appropriate nutrition discussions, further investigation or medical care.

Screening & Imaging

What we assess. Your screening needs based on age, symptoms, family history and individual risk.

Assessment options. Relevant laboratory screening; confidential sexual-health testing selected according to your needs; further imaging or specialist investigation discussed where appropriate.

How this informs your plan. Your doctor helps determine which screening or imaging is useful and explains the appropriate next steps.

Metabolic Health & Physical Function

What we assess. Blood-sugar regulation, body composition, physical capacity and recovery.

Assessment options. Relevant glucose, HbA1c and lipid measurements; clinical review through Cardiometabolic & Chronic Disease Management.

How this informs your plan. Your clinician uses relevant findings to agree priorities for nutrition, movement, recovery and medical management.

EVERYDAY INSIGHTS

Connect Your Health Markers With Everyday Insights

Laboratory assessments provide information at specific points in time. Compatible wearables can add context about sleep, activity, recovery and selected health trends between appointments. Your clinical team can review these sources together to inform your personalised plan.

Clinical health markers

Relevant laboratory results, blood pressure, body measurements and other agreed assessments.

Everyday wearable insights

Available sleep, activity, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability and recovery trends, depending on your device.

Personalised review

Review patterns over time, discuss relevant changes and agree appropriate next steps within your agreed service.

A membership enquiry can include a compatibility discussion; it does not connect a device or transfer health data. The team will confirm supported devices and metrics, whether an authorised report export or another supported method is available, and any agreed review schedule. It does not provide continuous clinical observation or emergency alerts.
